Testing procedures for reliable results
In the KSK laboratory, components and coatings undergo comprehensive testing. This includes material testing as well as visual inspections and colour shade matching. In addition, stress tests such as high-pressure water tests, stone-chip tests and weathering tests are carried out under realistic conditions. This is complemented by microscopic analyses to assess coat structures and surface textures.
Transparency and traceability
All tests are documented and can be traced at any time. Process parameters such as coating properties, mixing ratios or equipment conditions are continuously monitored and evaluated.
