Our colour matching takes place entirely in-house: from our own mixing laboratory and measurement analysis through to direct sampling on our coating lines. These short distances enable rapid colour changes, short-notice correction cycles and a flexible response to new requirements. From master panel to approval-ready series production
KSK takes a holistic approach to colour matching and integrates it as an integral part of the value chain. The starting point is the OEM's master panel, which serves as the binding reference for colour shade, gloss level and surface structure. On this basis, we develop the appropriate formulation, test it using measurement technology and visually under defined light sources, and make it available for sampling. Additional services such as colour sample production, documentation and handover to series coating ensure that your colour shade is ready for approval, tested and available on schedule for further processing.
